Welcome to the Five Day Happiness Adventure

Hello, hello! I'm so excited that you're on board for the five day happiness adventure!

It's going to be easy. It's going to be fun. All you need is yourself, an open mind, and something to write on, and with. A crayon and a napkin will work but I do recommend a pen and actual paper. Maybe even a journal or a pretty notebook.

How does it work, you ask? Well, let me tell you. Every morning for five days you'll wake up to an email in your inbox from me, inviting you to the day's happiness side quest. Each quest will take fifteen minutes or less, but you're welcome to layer them if you like.

If you were loving Day One, for example, feel free to do that again on Day Two along with the Day Two quest. And so on! Rinse and repeat.

If you Facebook and love the support of a group, make sure to pop on over there now and introduce yourself, then come on in and share the fun as we go along.
